About this Event

This class blends the flow of Vinyasa with the steady grounding of Hatha. Through mindful sequencing, we build energy in the body with breath-led movement, then pause to hold selected postures, creating space to explore alignment, stillness, and deeper breathing. The focus on steady holds, conscious transitions, and connection to the breath helps calm the nervous system and bring awareness back to the body. You’ll work close to the earth - through strong standing poses and stable foundations - cultivating a sense of stability and inner balance.The practice balances effort and ease, inviting both strength and softness, so you leave feeling energised, centred, and deeply rooted. Open to all levels. This class is held in English. You can bring your mat or use one of ours.
