**Yin Yoga** is a slow and grounding practice designed to bring balance to body and mind. Through gentle, long-held postures, we target the deeper connective tissues - fascia, joints, and ligaments - encouraging release and increasing flexibility. This meditative style invites you to soften, breathe deeply, and tune in to subtle sensations within. Poses are typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, allowing the nervous system to relax and the body to open naturally. It’s a beautiful way to unwind from daily stress, cultivate stillness, and reconnect with yourself. Suitable for all levels, including beginners. This class is held in English. Bring your own mat or use one of ours.
