Join us for a relaxed and interactive tasting experience where we explore how different wine styles interact with cheese — and how cheese can transform the character of the wine in your glass.

Through tasting and comparison, you will experience how pairing can create harmony, contrast, and sometimes delightful surprises.

Frist event as example:

• A classic premium Bordeaux (France) \- structured\, elegant\, and layered
• An expressive fruity Australian Shiraz – rich, fruity, and powerful
• A cool-climate wine – fresh, vibrant, and nuanced

Each wine will be paired with carefully chosen cheeses to highlight elements such as acidity, tannins, creaminess, texture, and aroma.
