Water Sports Grünau

About this Event

Water sports belong to Grünau like the television tower belongs to Berlin-Mitte. Water sports have been practised on the Dahme and Langen See lakes since the 19th century – even though their significance, the society and the regatta grounds have changed repeatedly. Under the title ‘Wasser Sport Grünau’ (Water Sports Grünau), the history of the regatta grounds with their boathouses is presented. The exhibition shows the development of boat building and the diverse club landscape.
