"Twerking empowers me, gives me confidence, and has boosted my self-esteem in incredible ways. I want to bring this knowledge here so more people can feel the joy and benefits this beautiful dance has to offer." ‍ Connect Yourself with Your body, feel Your inner strength and appreciate the rhythms of Latin American music.
