Trial month: Traditional Yoga Course

About this Event

**Every Monday from 18:30 – 20:30 in English.** Trial month for 15,00 €. The course starts with the basics in order for everyone, regardless their previous experiences or knowledge, to have an very easy access into the broad field of the millennial old yoga tradition and covers a big variety of yoga forms in depth. Spirituality is made tangible to the course participant through shared yoga practice and theory lessons (written course material is given out each week). It is very important to us that after some time the yoga course participant can tailor his Hatha Yoga practice to his individual needs. In addition, traditional purification techniques from the yoga and ayurvedic system and yogic nutritional practices are part of the theoretical instructions.
