YÉNÉ, Hope, is the name of the debut album by the exceptional musician Senny Camara – and now she’s coming to Berlin for the Black Berlin Black – Festivity! She is one of the few women in the world whose art is based on the power of the kora. Traditionally reserved for men, Senny Camara has turned the instrument into a medium for telling her own story.
