Let's use the short window of opportunity and have a "Portray and Be Portrayed" session with beautiful cherry blossoms! 🌸

During this event, you'll experience both sides of the lens: being a photographer and a model. You'll work in small, autonomous groups of 3–4 people, rotating roles so there is only one active model at a time.

➔ Please only join if you're comfortable being photographed by other participants!

📅 Itinerary

14:00 \- we start at [Kirschblütenallee am Mauerweg](https://maps.app.goo.gl/imozwcZLGW96c3zt5), wait around 15 minutes for everyone to join, assemble the group, and start the event;

During an event, you will be able to fully swap with members of other groups to maximize results

16:00 \- We all meet back at the starting point \- and go for a late lunch\. Location will be provided on the day of the event\.

📸 Optional - Street Casting!

If there is enough interest, we might also introduce the elements of street casting into this event - meaning, we will be approaching people in the alley. We will discuss it at the beginning of the event.

📸 Photography session requirements

• \\Bring a dedicated camera (mobile phones won’t suffice). Want to join without a proper camera? Please send me a DM first!
• Have at least a basic understanding of portrait photography\\.\\

🤝 Photo Sharing & Community Guidelines

To ensure a great experience for everyone, we ask all participants to agree to the following:

• Public Social Media: If you want to post photos to Instagram (or other public media), you must get mutual permission from the other party (photographer/model) first
• Share your favorite photos in our Discord and WhatsApp group (we might repost your best photos - you will be fully credited/invited to collaboration)
• Give Credit: All public posts must tag the author, the model, @the_isoclub\\, and\\ @_portraitscenter\\.\\
• Tip: We highly recommend using [PicFlow](https://picflow.com/) to easily select and finalize photos that work for both parties!

‼️ Extra information

This is an outdoor event, and will be cancelled in case of rain.
