Maria Alyokhina, activist and member of the Russian protest group Pussy Riot, presents her new book “Political Girl – Life and Fate in Putin’s Russia”. In conversation with journalist Katja Gloger and Prof. Dr. Daniela Münkel (Federal Archives - Stasi Records Archive), the debate will focus on the courage to dissent, the power of art and remembrance, and the question what we can learn from experiences of repression for democracy today.
