Expect light and shade, heat and ice, antiquity and modernity, lucidity and absurdity, triumph and fracture, lament and laughter.* In an exuberant streak of new writing, Geoff Mills debuts his immersive, nature-inspired sound-play *Witness*, with original music by composer Roy Hughes. Bianca Waechter presents a darkly funny and brutally honest slice of life in her solo performance *Just a Girl*. Amedeo Gonnella grapples with father–son tensions in his striking one-man vignette, while Daniel Paul Finbar Carey’s still-shrouded piece will be followed by a Q&A.
