About this Event

Release stress, activate a feeling of safety in your body and then connect with other people! You’ll get i nformation about how your nervous system works to make you feel safe, sprinkled with a few practical exercises to help you to feel the move towards positive connection yourself. Members and guests are welcome. Venue: Vincenzo's at Alexanderplatz, Rathausstraße 1 - across f rom TK Maxx, look for the orange umbrellas. We have a private room upstairs.
