About this Event

Inclusive Touch training, open to all. We’ll start from the basics, explaining the sport and building skills up, moving to real game action later 💫 [Touch rugby](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FvMwFGwM4yE) is an ideal way to enjoy fitness and fun without the contact of Rugby Union. It’s played mixed gender and can accommodate players of all skill levels and physiques. If you’re interested or know someone who could be, we’d love to see you there 💚 You only need to bring water, comfortable clothes, sneakers with good grip or boots for astroturf (preferred, if you have) and excitement to run around 😁
