**CREATE YOUR OWN TEA BLEND WITH LOCAL HERBS** Yarrow, calendula, spruce needles & more: our forests and meadows are home to countless herbs and wild plants that can have a positive effect on our wellbeing and health. True superfoods - yet still largely unknown. With this workshop, we invite you into the fascinating world of native wild and medicinal herbs. You will get to know 18 different plants, learn all about their effects, and taste each of them. Afterwards, you will compose your very own individual herbal tea blend. Energizing, calming, or balancing? You alone decide which herbs with which effects go into your cup, creating a tea perfectly tailored to your needs. At the end of the workshop, you'll fill your personal blend into a beautiful glass jar and give it its very own name.
