About this Event

The heavy load-bearing structure built in 1941 is one of the last relics of the monstrous and inhumane National Socialist urban planning. Not far from the planned north-south axis, the concrete cylinder weighing more than 12,000 tons was intended to test the load-bearing capacity of the ground.
