The Körnerkiez, located between Hermann- and Karl-Marx-Strasse, has a variety of interesting buildings and institutions.Some of these are the Neukölln lighthouse, the Ilsenhof, a cooperative residential complex from the 1920s, and the Körnerpark, which was built in a former gravel pit until 1916.
