About this Event
Many works in the Gemäldegalerie were not created for museum display. Using masterpieces of Spanish painting, Sven Jakstat, curator of the Gemäldegalerie and expert on the art of the Iberian Peninsula, will explore the interplay of pictorial content, artistic form, aesthetic impact, and original function.
