This run is part of our preparation series for the Oberelber Dresden Race. The pace will be 6:30–7:30 min/km. Feel free to reach out if you’d like to join the trip. Run and workout with Francesca! 🥰 On 28.02, we‘ll meet at S-Bahn Plänterwald at 11 am and will run in the direction of Rummelsburger Ufer. It’s a 6k easy run with two short workout sessions along the way, so feel free to join, even if you’re new. Each workout will last about 10 minutes, with exercises adapted to suit every individual’s level.
