Most producers don't have an unfinished track problem. They have a too-much-going-on problem. Too many elements, too many layers, too many decisions left unmade. The track loses its identity somewhere in the process.

This workshop is about finding it again.

Biesmans — Berlin-based producer and DJ with nearly 30 years in the house and techno scene — opens up his actual working process in real time. No slides, no theory, no tutorial. Just a real track getting meaningfully better in front of the room.

How it works:

Participants submit an unfinished track in advance. Biesmans selects one, preps it, and works on it live during the session — talking through every decision as he makes it. The rest of the time is open Q&A where participants can bring their own questions and challenges.

Format:

• Duration: 3 hours
• Participants submit one track + one question before the workshop
• Live session: 90–120 minutes
• Open Q&A: 60 minutes
• Wrap + next steps: 15 minutes
