Face Yoga is a gentle practice that tones and relaxes the facial muscles while supporting healthy, radiant skin. Through targeted facial exercises, massage techniques and mindful breathing, this class helps stimulate circulation, improve skin elasticity and release tension in the face. Regular practice may support a naturally lifted appearance while softening areas of tension around the jaw, forehead and eyes. The class also includes movements for the neck and shoulders to relieve strain from daily screen time, and finishes with a short relaxation to leave you feeling refreshed and calm. Suitable for all levels. No previous experience required. This class is held in English. You can bring your mat or use one of ours.
