We begin gently — sharing ceremonial cacao, breathing together, letting the nervous system settle. Attention drops from the head into the body. From there, movement unfolds. Music opens a landscape of rhythms and emotional tones. There is no choreography, no performance, no expectation. You are invited to move exactly as you are — guided by sensation, breath, and your own inner rhythm. Ecstatic Dance is not about becoming something else.
