About this Event

Discover history(s) together! Grandparents, parents, children or families of friends - with our interactive tour we want to make your visit to the exhibition a shared experience. The focus is on the experiences of children who fled with their parents from the GDR to West Berlin. From a child's perspective, they learn about the reasons for fleeing, escape routes, the difficulties of the emergency admission procedure and camp life. In playful moments and in conversation with one another, you are invited to discover the (biographical) meaning of escape and new beginnings.
