We warmly invite you to two open workshops at Pangea Haus in Berlin. These are not therapy sessions, but simple exercises from the field of art and self-reflection. They aim to support relaxation, stabilization, and personal self-exploration. **✨ What to expect:** “The Safe Inner Place.” A guided imagination text by Luise Reddemann invites you to discover a place of calm and safety within yourself. Afterwards, you will express this inner place through painting or creative design. Goal: to feel more inner stability and security. **✨ Important note: Please bring a small personal object that symbolizes safety, calm, or something important in your life.** ✨ **Structure**: short introduction → imagination text → creative expression → closing round. • Treasure round (Fundgrube) to begin: We start by briefly sharing these personal objects with the group. This creates a shared foundation of safety & meaning. • Imagination exercise by Luise Reddemann (“The Safe Inner Place”) • Creative expression (painting/collage) to make your inner place visible • Closing round (without interpretation or judgment of the works) The “Treasure round” connects personal experience with the group – offering a warm, safe entry before we move into the imagination practice. Framework: protected, calm atmosphere; no performance pressure; no discussion of the artworks. 📍 **Location**: Pangea Haus e.V. (SiD) - room 201, 2. floor ([https://maps.app.goo.gl/bPhGesTeCkzGmgXH8](https://maps.app.goo.gl/bPhGesTeCkzGmgXH8)) This event is made in partnership with SiD Systemik im Dialog Berlin gUG. There will be no discussions about the artwork, no evaluations or interpretations of what has been created – the protected space serves only your own experience. 👉 Participation is free (donations are welcomed), but **pre-registration is required.** ✨ **Language**: German (with short support in Russian/English if needed). 📩 **Register** via E-Mail: lisa@systemik-im-dialog.de 📞 **Contact**: +491723434023
