Feeling curious about a new career direction but not sure where to start? Or maybe there’s a creative project you’ve been thinking about, but the size of the challenge—or fear of failure—keeps holding you back? This workshop will help you take that first step in a fun, supportive, and low-pressure way. In this 2-hour session, we won’t focus on creating a big career vision (though great if you already have one!). Instead, we’ll design real-world experiments that let you explore your interests with little effort but real impact. Small actions reveal what truly excites you far better than thinking, and they build confidence to move forward without the overwhelm of big, risky steps. Through group collaboration, you’ll co-create small, achievable experiments for your ideas, supported by other curious and ambitious women exploring their own next chapters. Together, we’ll spark creative ideas, share resources and contacts, and leave with a few small experiments you can try in the coming weeks.
