About this Event

We exist, ‘cause we resist! Years ago, the founders of Cine Club Lanzarote set our minds to making culture possible - especially free cinema in the periphery of Europe, the Canary Islands. And since the four of us are also pretty punk in the best sense of the word, here comes a heartfelt project and cry for help: We exist, ‘cause we resist: CANARIAS CALLING 2025. According to the motto “everyone off to Kreuzberg”, we are simply taking large parts of our scene with us and where, if not in SO36, which stands for a rebellious, independent spirit!
