After-work bike ride: Ostkreuz → Köpenick and back. Shake off the workday with a relaxed evening ride to Köpenick. We'll cycle there, walk by the river, and stop at Freiheit Fünfzehn — a lovely summer garden where we can grab a snack or drink, chat, and relax. Then we head back via a different route. Any bike type works. No special experience needed - just show up and enjoy the ride Köpenick is a small town on the Spree. It's a great spot to walk along the river, explore the historic old town, catch a film at the outdoor cinema, or just have a beer at one of the riverside beer gardens. The ride itself is scenic too — you'll cycle through the beautiful Treptower Park and pass some atmospheric abandoned industrial sites. • Start & End: S-Bahn Ostkreuz • Distance: \~24 km (12 km each way) • Terrain: Flat, paved bike paths • Pace: The one you are comfortable with — we are here to relax after work, it's not a race • Recommended to bring: water and lights • Equipment: Up to you but you're responsible for your own safety.
