December asks a lot of us - endings, deadlines, darkness, pressure. This session is the opposite of all that. It’s a space to reconnect with something simple and alive inside you: **joy.** That bright, warm, unmistakably alive energy that wants to be awakened. This inner glow that spreads through your whole body when something inside you finally **switches ON**. Through deep trance and sensory imagery, we’ll **open the pathways to joy that have been dimmed by stress and winter**, and **amplify** the part of you that wants to feel light and inspired. You don’t need to do anything. Just show up, lie down, breathe, and let your nervous system remember what it’s like to feel good. This is 1 hour session, please make sure to read the counterindications for hypnosis.
