Every year in January, Scots the world over celebrate the birthday of their national poet Robert “Rabbie” Burns – the man who gave us New Year’s anthem Auld Lang Syne among another 200+ works. Georgia Riungu is bringing the Burns Night tradition to Berlin this winter with a late-night show. A wee improvised Burns Night begins with a handful of Burns’ most beloved verses, chosen and performed by a very special guest. Inspired, Comedy Cafe favourites – in all-new constellations – will turn what they’ve heard (probably for the very first time) into unforgettable improv comedy. Tartan optional. Whisky recommended.
