In addition to the 5Rhythms, his work is infused with a deep, decades-long practice in Gurdjieff’s sacred movements, meditation, and yoga (certified teacher with Richard Freeman). Oliver is also a musician. In innovative ways, he integrates complementary approaches and practices to enrich his 5Rhythms offerings (Somatic Experiencing, meditation / awareness practices, live music / chanting, community building, and transformative group experiences).
